Overall analysis

June saw a modest slowdown month-on-month following a strong May. Despite the monthly decline, year-on-year performance remained exceptionally strong, suggesting that the long-term growth trajectory for e-commerce is still firmly intact.

On a month-on-month basis, all core activity metrics declined. Turnover decreased by -3.5%, Gross Profit by -4.2%, Orders by -1.8%, and Ad Spend by -4.0%. Efficiency metrics were mixed, with ROAS increasing by +0.5%, while POAS® declined slightly by -0.2% compared to May.

Year-on-year performance continued to impress across the core metrics. Turnover increased by +16.2% YoY, while Gross Profit once again outpaced revenue with a +20.7% YoY increase, indicating continued improvement in underlying profitability. Orders grew by +15.4% YoY, and Ad Spend rose by +24.1% YoY, confirming sustained investment in paid acquisition.

Although e-commerce activity remained strong, higher advertising intensity continued to weigh on efficiency. ROAS declined by -6.4% YoY, while POAS® decreased by -2.8% YoY, suggesting that increased competition for paid traffic continues to put pressure on advertising returns.
